Nothing

i'm feeling nothing... hey, maybe it's genetic. They don't have bobsleds in San Juan...

Feeling nothing isn't really true, but i checked out A Chorus Line from the library this week. Boy is that a blast from the past. i've forgotten a few lines over the years. The above was one i hadn't forgotten, but hadn't thought of in a while.
If my cousin were here, she'd probably shout out "Locked in the bathroom with Peyton Place," which puzzled us initially and she figured out in the song 'Hello twleve, hello thirteen, hello love.'

i also checked out a 2009 recording of HAIR, which had a couple of songs i didn't know, too.

Dan's father's poodle is settling in nicely, though after i bragged last night on how well she was settling in to Dan, she needed to go out some time between bed and my arising this morning and didn't wake me up. Well, it's a learning process.

  1. I don't think I've ever seen A Chorus Line, or even heard it, so none of those references made sense to me I'm afraid. it just shows we each have our area of specialization. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to performance related entertainment. I do a little better on book and art references, but not a whole lot.

Well she might have tried to wake you up, maybe you were just sleeping too soundly. : ) Ginger is getting pretty old too, so I'm hoping we don't start having that problem. My boxer did before I got her put to sleep, and she always seemed to go in the middle of my bed. Unfortunately elderly dogs are like elderly people that way.

    1. Jan's dog who just died had to go in the middle of the night every night. The one in question is about two years old. Unfortunately Pa had some issues house training her, so we're having to redo it, but are realizing it's not as dire as we had thought. She does know where she's supposed to go, but hasn't learned how to ask.

  2. Ah, ok. Middle of the night would not be good for me. I sleep nude and my dog knows she isn't going out until I get up and get my shower and get dressed. I guess I'm pretty lucky. She was that way when we found her.
